"Without health and education, Bosnia cannot recover"

Projects

The Foundation has supported or fully funded more than 100 projects since 2004, with a special emphasis on rebuilding Bosnia’s devastated medical and educational infrastructures. Among the projects receiving Foundation support:

- Providing medical equipment for the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo;
- Repair and reconstruction of roads and homes;
- Cleaning rivers of debris for environmental restoration;
- Computers for schools.

After spreading projects widely across Bosnia, the Foundation in recent months has targeted the cities of Mostar and Gorazde. In Mostar, the Foundation is delivering laparoscopic surgical instruments to Regional Medical Centre. In Gorazde, the Foundation is donating computer equipment to all elementary schools and promoting computer science competitions to help motivate students.

Od 2002. godine, Fondacija je podržala ili u potpunosti finansirala više od 100 projekata, sa narocitim naglaskom na obnovu razorene medicinske i obrazovne infrastrukture u Bosni. Izmedu ostalih, projekti koji imaju podršku Fondacije su:

- Osiguranje medicinske opreme za Klinicki centar Univerziteta u Sarajevu, kao bolnice u Goraždu, Mostaru i Konjicu;
- Popravak i rekonstrukcija cesta i domova;
- Cišcenje rijeka od otpada, sa ciljem ekološke obnove;
- Nabavka kompjutera za škole i fakultete

Nakon provodenja projekata širom BiH, u predhodnim mjesecima Fondacija se usredotocila na gradove Mostar i Goražde. U Mostaru, Fondacija regionalnom medicinskom centru dostavlja instrumente za laparoskopsku hirurgiju. U Goraždu, Fondacija donira kompjutersku opremu svim osnovnim školama, te u cilju edukacije ucenika, promoviše informaticka takmicenja.
